Our client recently remodeled a beautiful upscale home in Big Bear with beautiful lake views and were ready to start renting. They were looking to create a website to market their property and attract long-term renters who were interested in staying for 30 days or more due to homeowner association policies. The home is located on the lakefront with stunning views of the ski slopes, making it a perfect mountain getaway for those looking to escape the city.
Objectives:
The goal was to create a user-friendly website that showcased the rental property's unique features and amenities, and that effectively communicated the home's rental policy of requiring a minimum 30-day stay. We also aimed to integrate the website with rental platforms such as VRBO, Airbnb, and more to help the client attract potential renters.
Process:
We began by conducting extensive research on the vacation rental market in Big Bear Mountain. We also researched different website builders and rental platforms to identify the best options for our client's needs. After careful consideration, we decided to use Lodgify to create the website and integrate the rental platforms.
